A community of educators, organizers, and changemakers committed to building a more equitable world.
Social Spark is a mission-driven nonprofit committed to empowering communities through education, leadership development, and sustainable initiatives. Since our founding in 2015, we have worked alongside thousands of changemakers across 48 communities to design programs that meet people where they are.
We believe lasting change is built from within. That is why every program we run starts with listening — to community elders, young leaders, women business owners, and everyone in between. Their voices shape our work; our role is to provide the resources, training, and platforms that turn vision into action.
A world where every community has the leadership, knowledge, and opportunity to author its own future — sparking change that outlasts any single program or generation.
To equip individuals and communities with the skills, resources, and networks they need to lead transformative change in their own lives and neighborhoods.
